My husband took a week to fast and pray and ask God to send a renter for our home, so we could begin eliminating financial constraints here and get to Hungary sooner. That week a single mama, whose kids were already enrolled for the fall at our neighborhood school, came and looked at our house. She submitted an application on a Thursday, called Friday and was approved, wanted to move in MONDAY. After taking many deep breathes into a paper bag I asked dear husband to please warn me next time he is fasting and praying. apparently it works...
So as C R A Z Y as it sounds, it actually is possible to move a family of 5 in two days. Its helpful if you have amazing extended family that have made major renovations to their home to accomadate you and yours for the next 4-5 months. Its super helpful if you remember where you packed your bras and shaving razors, but it turns out being braless and hairy for one weekend isn't so bad. Well -at least from my standpoint. My new bunk-mates may have a different point of view.
